  • Whether you’re bringing home your first baby, or a new sibling, an extra set of trained hands of helpful when navigating a new baby. You might especially want this support if you experienced any birth complications with yourself or your baby. I can help your transition be comfortable, I can help ease your worries by providing newborn care education in a digestible way that includes hands on learning for you and your baby.

  • If you are interested in working with me for postpartum doula services, simply book a “Postpartum Doula Initial Meeting” appointment. These are free, they are a chance for us to connect and for you to see if you’d like to move forward with a home visit consultation.

    If you are interested in a Lactation/Infant Feeding support appointment, simply book which one you are interested in. Payment is collected upon booking for these.

  • I combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication.

    My Lactation Support is tailored specifically to you. While my Certification is specifically in Lactation Counseling, I have put many hours into educating myself on all modes of infant feeding. My lactation/infant feeding appointments are appropriate for any mama, whether exclusively nursing, combo feeding, or exclusively formula feeding. Everyone deserves support

    During my Postpartum Doula care, my education and experience as Certified Lactation Counselor gives me more insight on top of the standard Postpartum Doula training. I have a deeper understanding of the oral mechanics of infant feeding, whether at the breast, from the bottle or using a supplementation system.

  • For one, feeding infants is a long journey, while lactation and feeding support is essential in the beginning of a baby’s life, sometimes issues arise later on, when teething or starting solids, for example.

    Second, is that in my lactation/feeding appointments we have a specific goal that we are working toward or issue that we are working on. I have brought specific kit with me to troubleshoot with you and get to the root of what is getting in the way of your feeding journey. During Postpartum Doula care, I do offer infant feeding support but this translates as more of an educational support. I do not gate-keep helpful information but I don’t bring all of the same kit as my duty is not solely infant feeding.

  • I have my Lactation Counselor Certification and my Postpartum Doula Certification through Childbirth International.

    I keep a current infant, child and adult CPR certification.

    Since I offer meal preparation, I hold a current Food Handlers card.
